This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Jason Aguirre Group mobile application (the "App"). The App is provided by Jason Aguirre, a licensed Texas real estate agent with eXp Realty, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy and these Terms.
The App lets you prepare a home offer, request a home-value estimate, and contact us. Depending on what you choose to do, you may provide:
You do not need to create an account, and we do not ask you to sign in.
Offers and home-value estimates you create are saved locally on your device so you can review them later. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you choose to email or submit it. You can delete it at any time inside the App, or by deleting the App.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the features you use:
These providers process the information only to deliver their service. We encourage you to review RentCast's, Web3Forms', and Komoot's own privacy practices.
The App contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking software, and no third-party trackers. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Information you send us (such as an offer or a follow-up request) is kept as long as needed to assist you and to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Information saved on your device remains until you delete it.
Information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

The App helps you organize a real estate offer and explore an automated home-value estimate. It is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, tax, or appraisal advice.
When you "submit an offer," you are sending us the terms you would like to propose. This is not a binding contract and does not create any agreement to buy or sell. A licensed agent will prepare the official TREC contract, review it with you, and nothing is binding until you sign a written agreement.
Home-value estimates are generated automatically from third-party data and recent nearby sales. They are not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, or a guarantee of value or sale price. Actual value can vary. For an accurate valuation, request a personalized review from Jason.

The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party data may be incomplete or out of date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its estimates or information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
